Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • For cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately at help@eloralive.com. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will try to cancel it.


Refund Policy:


Refunds are eligible only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product was lost or undelivered due to our error.


Conditions for refund approval:

  • A clear product opening video is mandatory — the video must show the package being opened in one continuous, unedited clip.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.


Replacement Option:


In some cases, we may offer to send a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability and situation.
